How long does my order take to arrive?
For International Free Shipping : Standard delivery takes 8-14 business days.
For Express Priority Shipping : Delivery takes 5-9 business days.
Please note that shipping time does not include weekends or the standard processing time of 1-2 business days required for order fulfillment.

Tracking number are assigned to the packages when they shipped. You will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to check the status.

What shipping methods are utilized?
We utilize external delivery services (Postal Service, FedEx, DHL, and USPS), but we cannot guarantee their delivery times.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed depending on item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.
Most orders placed on business days will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
We are unable to deliver on weekends or public holidays. Any orders placed during this period will be dispatched the following business day.
